·     We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or operational issues.

·     In such cases, the refund (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method.

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

·     Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on location and courier services.

·     House of Sovana is not responsible for delays caused by natural calamities, strikes, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

·     Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

·     If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability of the customer, re-shipping charges may apply.

 

8. CANCELLATION POLICY

·     Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

·     Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

9. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

Conditions:

·     Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

·     An unboxing video may be required for verification.

Returns/exchanges will not be accepted for:

·     Used or damaged products after delivery
